Parallel winding
Winders for braiding machines and special devices.
In the standard version, winding is parallel, forming coils. The pitch is set by the variable-pitch traverse unit.
On request, a special device for winding on flat cardboard is available. Just set the winding speed: the machine keeps it constant thanks to an electronic device that ensures correct tape tension.
Two automatic acceleration ramps
- At start-up, when the tape is in direct contact with the empty spool.
- When stopping during winding: on restart, no tension damages the last coils, even close to the spool flanges. Ramp values are adjustable.
- Braked, timed meter counter with automatic stop at the preset length.
- Extra tape at the end of each spool to start the next one.
- Positive feeder: no tension at the source, perfect measurement, excellent presentation.
- Supplied with a set of guides in various sizes; special guides on request.
